Mitchell R. Davis

Mitchell R. Davis, a lifelong Ohioan, graduated from Wittenberg University in 2022. At Wittenberg, Mitchell played baseball all four years and participated in various areas of campus life. Mitchell proceeded to attend Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, graduating in 2025. While at LMU, Mitchell participated in Moot Court, serving as Chief Justice and participating in several competitions across the country. Joining Calderhead, Lockemeyer, and Peschke in 2025, Mitchell focuses his practice on the defense of healthcare providers in complex litigation. He is licensed in the State of Ohio and soon to be licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. An avid sports fan, Mitchell enjoys cheering on the Cincinnati Reds and Tennessee Volunteers.
