Bill J. Paliobeis
Bill Paliobeis joined Calderhead, Lockemeyer and Peschke on January 1, 2023. Bill is formerly a Member of one of Cincinnati’s largest law firms, Frost Brown Todd, LLC, and brings with him many years of experience in the area of medical malpractice and insurance defense. Bill’s primary focus throughout his entire legal career has been the defense of healthcare providers in complex medical malpractice and wrongful death actions throughout Ohio and Kentucky trying multiple cases to verdict with an unblemished record. Bill is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio and Eastern District of Kentucky.
Bill has had the privilege of representing two of Cincinnati’s largest healthcare networks and their related hospitals and physician groups. His experience in defending professional liability claims involves physicians of all specialties including obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, radiology, anesthesia, gastroenterology, general surgery, and primary care, as well as nurses, pharmacists and many other healthcare providers. Bill’s representation of some of the areas largest hospitals has also included negligent credentialing claims, peer reviews and institutional liability matters.
Bill is a 1992 graduate of the University of Toledo where he obtain his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Bill graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1996 and immediately began practicing in the area medical malpractice defense.
