Though early in his career, Adam has already established a track record, throughout Ohio, of successfully litigating a broad range of medical lawsuits. Adam has been successful in obtaining summary judgment, and other pre-trial dispositions for his clients. A constant advocate for his clients, Adam has also successfully argued for a variety of protective orders for his clients to help ease the rigors of ongoing litigation.
In addition to his medical litigation experience, Adam has additionally established himself as a trial attorney, and has tried cases that involved allegations of misdiagnosis of cholecystitis, surgical error, portal-venous injury, intra-abdominal retained foreign bodies, and retrospective criticisms of radiology reports.
These successes earned Adam early career peer-review recognition by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2022. Although this honor is typically not bestowed upon attorneys until their 5th-9th year of practice, Adam earned it in 2021, during only his second year of practice.
To stay ahead of the curve, Adam devotes a substantial amount of his non-professional time to the review and analysis of authoritative medical literature and publications. He believes a medical attorney should know the medicine as they know the law. Of personal interest to Adam, is the emerging research regarding anatomy-preserving, and restorative treatments for osteoarthritis, and other osteochondral injuries and defects.
Adam is currently licensed in Ohio, and is a member of the Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
